Oh boy! More chicken stuff. Go ahead and roll your eyes, this is exciting stuff to us.
Moved the layer chicks out to the garage on Wednesday. They had started to try and fly in the bins and so needed more room. They were jumping and flapping their little wings all over. It was funny, cause they would stare up at the mesh over the bins and then launch themselves straight up and hit the mesh or hit the light, flapping like mad. So I moved them.
I keep finding them sitting on the waterer or on top of the feeders.
I put two perches in there for them, but I think I'll have to raise them higher. They seem happy in there, so we are happy. Ted and Sue and the kids and Jess are coming for Easter dinner on Sunday. It will be nice to see everyone again. Happy Easter! Hej da.
